Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Frank Garcia, President and Chief Operating Officer (CEO) for PERIKIN Enterprises, brings years of successful experience in business development, profit and revenue generation, relationship management, personnel management, long-term finance, corporate insurance, and commercial lending. This experience has given him the knowledge to continue to grow and manage the organization. He holds a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis on American Foreign Policy and Public Administration from Texas State University.

 

In all aspects of customer support, he has demonstrated a superior knowledge of facilities management and program management, following corporate ISO 9001:2015 tenets for continuous improvement, project controls, data operations, and marketing of commercial, municipal and Federal programs. Mr. Garcia has received numerous awards and commendations, such as being recently selected by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as the New Mexico Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Mr. Garcia has surrounded himself with a superior technical and administrative corporate staff composed of professionals from government, industry, and academia. The PERIKIN technical staff comprises technical personnel with numerous professional certifications and affiliations. The PERIKIN team is currently providing support to diverse customers around the country, including New Mexico, Texas, California, Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Washington, DC.

 

He refocused the company’s objectives in pursuit of Federal and commercial opportunities, creating new strategic Prime-Subcontractor relationships; increasing the company’s bonding capacity, leveraging and heavily marketing the company’s Federal HUBZone certification, and significantly enhancing the company’s internal operations and processes with a continuous improvement corporate culture.

 

Under his leadership, PERIKIN has maintained a well-diversified portfolio of service offerings. In addition, Mr. Garcia led selected PERIKIN’s division leaders and oversaw the implementation of three robust and self-sustaining business segments: Professional Services, General Construction, and Advanced Engineering. Most recently, Mr. Garcia developed an International Global Professional Services Division that will allow PERIKIN to provide a broader range of services to its current and future customer base worldwide.

 

The Construction Division provides complete facilities operations and management, environmental construction services, construction management, preventive maintenance, and repairs to the secured and unsecured property to agencies like Fort Bliss Directorate of Public Works, Fort Bliss Environmental Division, Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine, General Services Administration, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Department of Energy, Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL) and the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. The firm has provided complete renovations, remodeling, alterations, upgrades, and repairs to occupied and unoccupied facilities. These contracts consist of Facility Maintenance, Design-Build, Bid Design, and Simplified Design contracts.

 

Under PERIKIN’s Professional Services and Advanced Engineering Division, we provide a full range of high technology and information management administration, program management, financial management, and test and evaluation and engineering services (managing over 30 onsite CSP, subcontractors, and consultants) for Air Force, Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) High-Speed Systems Test (HSST) program and was instrumental in the establishment of the Hypersonic T&E Investment Program (HyTIP). For the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE NNSA), National Smuggling Deterrence and Detection (NSDD), and Global Material Security (GMS), PERIKIN provides

diverse administrative, programmatic, budget controls, program controls, financial management, acquisition and contracts management, information technology, GIS, database integration and training support services.

 

Mr. Garcia has been instrumental in establishing key corporate highlights for PERIKIN, including the following:

 

· Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Approved Cost Accounting System.

· ISO 9001:2015 Certified Firm (effective November 2017)

· More than a sufficient line of credit to handle well over 120 days of contract costs

· A wealth of corporate resources and strategic resource partnerships to provide full and responsive service

 

Under his leadership, PERIKIN has experienced significant expansion (tripled revenues in the last three years) and is positioned for future growth and diversification. He has successfully led the company through several acquisitions and eight contract novation’s. Mr. Garcia is also a proud Board Member and Executive Committee Member of the Hispano Chamber of Commerce.
