PERIKIN offers a full range of expert Technical Services including: technology, engineering, logistics, and programmatic services to a diverse customer base, including Department of Defense, other federal/civilian agencies, as well as commercial and industry clients.

PERIKIN provides end-to-end technical analysis of technical and cost proposals for the design, construction, engineering support services, and the installation of communication software and hardware solutions to support DOE installations world-wide. In addition, we travel to various high-security OCONUS facilities to support site surveys, assessments and acceptance testing.  Program Implementation technical staff are responsible for documenting program requirements, functional specifications, and training procedures.  Our support includes advice, analyses, opinions, and recommendations to sustain program management and control of cost, scheduling, program administration, and technical evaluations for critical customer project support efforts.

 

PERIKIN currently provides program management and administrative/financial support to customers including the DOE/NNSA NSDD Program. PERIKIN provides professional services in financial management, program/project support, program control support, execution, and reporting.  Additional support includes archiving, documentation, shredding, contract management support, program/project coordination, training, project controls, sustainability, life cycle support, earned value management, process development and documentation and facilities/equipment support. PERIKIN manages secure projects and cleared personnel in the areas of program and project support.

PERIKIN has a broad and extensive history of supporting both federal and private sector clients in compliance with state and federal rules and regulations, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA); Clean Air Act (CAA); Clean Water Act (CWA); and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). Current key projects and clients include RCRA and CERCLA compliance support at Canon Air Force Base and Holloman Air Force Base; RCRA permitting and Long-Term Monitoring Optimization (LTMO) compliance for El Paso Electric.  PERIKIN previously assisted in development and implementation of a Multimedia Inspection Program that identified and supported correction of any compliance issues at Fort Bliss, Texas.

The PERIKIN Cultural Resources team offers expertise in a wide variety of archaeological and cultural resource services, including site investigations and surveys, cultural resource inventories, and development of monitoring programs and mitigation plans. PERIKIN provides cultural resource services to federal, state, and tribal entities, including the United Stated Army Corps of Engineers (USACE – Albuquerque, Fort Worth, Tulsa), Department of Defense, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Forest Service (San Bernardino National Forest, SBNF), as well as private industry.

Hazardous Waste Management

PERIKIN is qualified and proficient in waste management. For example, for the US Army Fort Bliss Department of Public Works, Environmental Division (DPW-E) provides complete/turnkey Hazardous Waste Management Operations Support which includes, hazardous waste determinations, waste packaging, data validation and verification, characterization and profile preparation, spill response services and support of the unique curbside program.   In addition, PERIKIN was instrumental in development, deployment and ongoing support of the innovative FB DPW-E Quality Recycling Program (QRP).
